Phantazia

Description

PROFILE: I must admit to having precious little information about the mysterious woman known only as Phantazia. Apparently, she can render herself invisible to detection. She seems to hover inside a giant floating cape, giving the appearance that there is no body underneath. Her abilities to hide her presence from sensors, disrupt the powers of others and project bio-electric energy – along with her membership in the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants – make her a most dangerous and formidable opponent!
